Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a type of human that resulted in the 2019 disease (COVID-19). Although it was generally categorized as disease, its involvement cardiovascular complications identified from onset. Elevated cardiac troponin levels (a myocardial injury marker) and echocardiograms, which showed anomalous performance patients’ hearts, were noted early case reports obtained Wuhan, China. A couple mechanisms have been proposed to explain COVID-19-induced complications, with systemic inflammation being major focus recently.
